Yes, she is very disappointed, because Max (Abt) cheated her.

Thanks, Lizzy!
I don't know why the highlight appears, either, but it happens every once in a while. Don't worry about it. Laurie |

Okay, the series has ended on other channels (Episode #100 was the last one - Alexei wasn't in that one), but here is the place in time where Channel
One's broadcasts are at. Take everything with a grain of salt since I'm not sure I understood everything correctly.
http://www.telesem.ru/content/view/1031/62/ >> Episodes 40-43 Berkovskaya does not believe that Maxim experiences sincere feelings for Natasha. In the sports bar they bring the newspaper "Sport Herald" with an article about Natasha and Maxim. Roman (Alexei) fights with Maxim. Gromov condemns Maxim's behavior. Natasha accompanies Roman to Israel. To Moscow arrives known choreographer Svetlana Morozov. In the "Sport Herald" appears one additional article about Natasha. They drive away the car of Smylkin. Privalov attempts to repair his relationship with Lillia. Korneyev arrives to the ice palace in order to again have a talk with Trofimov. They remove Natasha from work. Helen and Nikita come for the training with Rokotov. And again quarrels with Trofimov. Korneyev intends to fire Smylkin. Natasha explains that the article about her was someone's order. What will happen next: Trofimov is invited on a popular tv program. Korneyev issues a decision in which he categorically forbids all members of the team to have contact with the press. >> Laurie |

The series continues on Channel One...
http://www.telesem.ru/content/view/1070/62/ >> Previously: Berkovskaya, to spite Natasha, disrupts the prohibition of the doctor and skates. Rokotov approaches training with his new female partner. Voronin begins to render signs of attention to Natasha. Episodes 44-48: To Natasha they propose to participate in a television show. Smylkin succeeds in persuading Korneyev not to dismiss him. Helen requests Rokotov to give Nikita permission to depart abroad. Korneyev publishes the decision in which he categorically forbids to all members of the team to have contact with the press. Natasha intends to go to the taping of the (TV) program. Rokotov decides to support her and they will go together. During the broadcast of the television show, Natasha understands that she was deceived. That host doesn't allow her words in justification. Zorin realizes that Voronin does not love her. Korneyev gathers training council. To Trofimov's home comes the editor in chief of the newspaper "Sport Herald." The editor (Okosin) questions Violetta about the childhood of Natasha. An attorney proposes to Smylkin to open a children's school of figure skating. Having fairly drunk (too much), Rokotov appears at the ice palace. Trofimov attempts to disabuse. After seeing Okosin at home, Natasha advances Okosin to the threshold. What will happen next: Korneyev persuades all coaches to take Berkovskaya and Brattsev. >> Laurie |

I recently subscribed to the Russian language channels for my area and discovered that "Hot Ice" (which is the correct title, not "My Hot
Ice") is on the RTVi channel (I've been waiting for it to show up on Channel One LOL). I can watch it at 9:00 PM and at 12 Noon (Eastern times) - - I
also think it's replayed at 1:00 or 2:00 AM. From what I gathered from my mother-in-law (who lives in Ukraine and watched it there), the episodes that
we're now getting are at the beginning (or near the beginning) of the story. Also I think Ice Age is beginning on Channel 1 on March 8th - - I'll check
that out further and let you know what I find out. Ellen

Yeah, they started off with the working title of "My Hot Ice," but then changed it to just "Hot Ice" when the series was finally beginning
broadcasting.
The "Super-Finale" of continued "Ice Age" broadcasts are continuing on March 8th, which is a Sunday. It remains to be seen if they will continue to broadcast on Sundays or switch back to their usual Saturdays. We are supposed to get weekly episodes from March through April until the winners are determined - details in the "Ice Age" thread (the one for the broadcast, not the tour). That's cool that you get to see it on RTVi, Ellen! Laurie |

I was very excited to find out that RTVi is available here, via satellite. However, upon checking their schedule for Europe, I realized they don't
broadcast the series here!!!
Anyway, here is the webpage with the broadcast details for the U.S. http://anons.rtvi.com/inner/42/1 Apparently it is going to run till June 2009. Anna |

Thanks Anna for the link to RTVi. Fortunately, my husband can translate it for me so I'm sure we'll find it to be a very useful site. Yes, you're
correct - - the program will run until 18th June 2009 (so I'm glad to see that I didn't miss too much!!). I'm sorry they're not broadcasting
the series in Switzerland. It was probably available throughout Western Europe when it was running in Russia and Ukraine and I know from my mother-in-law that
the series has now ended in Ukraine. You never know - - it could pop up again in the future!

I'm on the "wrong" satellite dish system in the U.S. for this channel - I still have to hope that Channel One will eventually broadcast it over
here.

Looks like they are showing it over here at 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Pacific. Unfortunately, I'm at work during those hours. Next showing is Wednesday,
same times.
Here's the U.S. Channel One TV feature on it. Has a couple videos and photos: http://www.1tvrus.com/anonce/pkvs/10852/ Laurie
